Back for another week of food related chortling at some of the weirdest and best stories from across the globe. We go from what kids eat at breakfast, to what they shouldn’t be eating, to an egg challenge and some dude from an 80’s band making no sense about food.
1) What about Breakfast at…
We all know the most important meal of the day is breakfast; well that’s what our mums say anyway. But just what do other people in other countries actually eat”>. Warning several children in this article look particularly miserable!
2) Egg-Citing stuff
Eatosi launched a challenge just yesterday to see if you can actually crack an egg between your finger and thumb when standing it upright. Those who can, with suitable video proof will win the best bolognese recipe ever. (Whilst I’m not legally bound by this claim, 4/5 people have said this is the case. We can’t find the fifth person)
3) Go McSelf yourself
Apparently we like to make our own burgers now, especially in McDonald’s. Ronald will be out of a job and the six star staff, food connoisseurs. Anyway, its being tried in Australia before making world self burgers a thing of everywhere.
4) Give me some Honey
Sugar makes us fat. Kids enjoy Sugar Puffs. Sugar and kids, no no. Major branding hack and your childhood favourite cereal becomes; “Honey Monster Puffs”. The world, has gone, mad. Efforts to re-brand everyone’s favourite Cookie Monster to Ryvita Man have been fortunately shelved.
5) Spandau Ballet guitarist is a word, and food, elitist
“Supper is a word used only by the nanny”, right’o Gary, for someone who would eat raw sausages and stack oranges in a pyramid, you’re a funny one. Stick to songs pal.
